Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping costs are non-refundable. To purchase a Knotty Gift Card, please email us at with the amount that you would like to purchase, and we will send you an invoice for payment completion. Knotty Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions: Gift Cards are in US Dollars and do not expire. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.  If your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Gift Card code. Knotty is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Knotty reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if such action is necessary. Do you offer free shipping? YES! Free Shipping for U.S. orders $20.00 or more and international orders $75.00 or more.
