RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, in original packaging, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial.

RETURN SHIPPING

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@shopknotty.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement order for you immediately.

Each Knotty product is made with love and care. Items may have slight variations that make each one unique. To extend the life of your Knotty purchases, we suggest the following: Do not wash. Remove before exercising, showering, or swimming. Avoid contact with beauty products, chemicals, or cleaning agents. Store in a cotton bag or jewelry box when not in use. Clean with a dry, soft cotton cloth.

Do you offer free shipping? YES! Free Shipping for U.S. orders $20.00 or more and international orders $75.00 or more.

How long after I place my order will it be shipped? Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 days for normal delivery in the United States.

Do you ship internationally? YES! We ship to anywhere in the world. Please allow up to 15 business days for International delivery.

Does Knotty do custom requests? YES. The creative team at Knotty would love to work with you to create custom products. Custom jewelry and hair accessories are a great way to promote your business, organization or team. The possibilities of what can be created custom for you are only limited by your imagination! Please keep in mind that custom orders can take up to 90 days from date of first contact to completion. This depends on the level of customization & quantity. Minimums will apply.
